January 1983
Strong partnership
The story of Sunpride begins in England as one of Gerber Soft Drinks brands, which offers world-class fruit juices. Later on, Gerber founded in 1983, joins forces with Refresco Group, Europe’s largest fruit juice producer specializing in the same field. The company comes to Turkey in search of a reliable partner in fruit juice production. This is how the strong cooperation that has been going on for more than thirty years begins…

Millennium flavor
So this was how Gerber Soft Drinks (and then Refresco Group), found the reliable manufacturer they were looking for. With this perfect trust, the use and naming rights of the Sunpride brand in Turkey were given to Frigopak. Our brand made a strong entry into the Turkish Fruit Juice Market in the early 2000s. And led the sector in many areas since then. Especially on the glass bottles, which were not in use at that time… And also became the leading brand that introduced the 100% fruit juice category to the Turkish Market.

‘Frigopak wisdom’
Sunpride fruit juices is an initiative that reflects Frigo-Pak Gıda’s vast experience in canned food production to fruit juice production. The company aimed to bring the 100% fruit juice category, to Turkey after discovering it abroad. Founded in 1984, Frigopak today has a modern factory built on 30,000 m2 of land in Bursa İnegöl, with a 27.000 m2 covered area equipped with the latest technology. The company exports almost all of its products. Sunpride fruit juices reach your table with this experience and approach.

Higher goals
Sunpride is one of the leading brands that introduced 100% fruit juices to Turkey. Our brand won the Golden Packaging Award with its uniquely designed Sunpride glass bottle. With this award given by the Turkish Standards Institute, Sunpride was entitled to represent our country abroad that year. Sunpride is among the most popular brands in the 100% fruit juice category.
